Committee for Real Estate Financing

The intention of the annual Congress is to present the achievements and problems of the housing finance policies in every country of the region, prerequisites for primary and secondary mortgage markets, the role of the state policy in mortgage market development, possibilities and conditions of our countries participation in the European mortgage market harmonization, and impact of these elements on mortgage loans affordability and increase of safety, plans and goals of mortgage market, which our countries would like to achieve in the foreseen future.

Congress on Housing Finance in CEE Countries

Congress is a platform which should help in getting knowledge and understanding in what directions market drives, what solutions have positive impact on its development, what are business conditions for its participants:

Development of mortgage market is fundamental  for both Poland and central and eastern European countries. Main goal of the Congress is discussion about current situation on European mortgage market and exchange information and opinions by experts of real estate financing market.
